✅ HR Instance offers a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment or plan upgrade.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment or plan upgrade
- This is your first refund request (one refund per account per lifetime)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- The request is submitted via email to support@hrinstance.com
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window has passed
- Renewal payments (monthly or annual) — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (access continues until period end)
- Add-on purchases or one-time professional services
- Accounts that have previously received a refund
3. Annual Plan Pro-Rata
If you are on an annual plan and request a refund within the 7-day window, you will receive a full refund of the annual amount paid. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal. You retain access until the annual period ends.
4. Refund Process
- Email your refund request to support@hrinstance.com from your registered email address
- Include your account email, company name, and reason for refund
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Stripe processing fees (if applicable) are not refundable
5. Currency & Taxes
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. GST (Goods and Services Tax) collected at the time of payment may not be refundable as per Indian GST regulations. We will provide a credit note for GST amounts where applicable.
